3. Shipping

Orders are shipped internationally from Sri Lanka.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customs & Import Duties

The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Wood is a natural material. Changes in temperature, humidity and exposure to direct sunlight may affect wooden products over time. Customers are responsible for appropriate care after delivery.
