At Timbercrest, we carefully inspect our handmade wood-carving products before shipping. As our products are handmade, minor variations in colour, grain, texture and shape may naturally occur.

Returns & Refunds

* Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
* Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
* Custom-made or personalised wooden products are generally non-returnable.
* If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us with photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery.
* If the issue is verified as our responsibility, we may offer a replacement or refund.
* For approved returns, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied by us.
* Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST or other charges imposed by the destination country.

If a parcel is refused, not collected, or returned because of incorrect customer information or failure to complete customs requirements, any refund will be considered after deducting applicable shipping, return and other costs.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under law.
